With a background in track, gymnastics and professional cheer and dance she has had a life time in fitness. In addition to coaching recreational gymnastics, she's trained with middle and high school athletes with a focus on core strength, balance and stability. She currently works with all age populations and ability levels; customizing workouts to suit any need or goal with special attention to strengthening the core and increasing flexibility by using her very popular assisted stretching techniques. Sonja believes in the power of motivation and positive thinking. Her personal passions are her three amazing children, running, hiking, rollerblading, plyometrics and weight training.
